- Directing all corporate change campaigns aimed at both internal and external audiences- Developing and delivering a mass IT transformation campaign to our 9,000 staff. Letting them know about the technological advances that we were making to corporate software and hardware and the subsequent benefits to how users do their jobs.- Producing the future ways of working behaviour change programme for our staff returning to the office following the Covid-pandemic- Guiding and implementing the communications for the work the council is doing to be a fair and inclusive council

- Developed, created and delivered a city wide campaign to celebrate Brighton & Hove’s climate assembly and subsequently the council’s Carbon Neutral Programme across social media, print and local television news. The social media campaigns for both of these reached over 100,000 users.- Led all communications for the city’s emergency food network, making sure that information reached those that needed it. At the network’s peak, 4,000 food parcels and 2,400 hot meals were delivered every week throughout the first lockdown- Managed corporate Social Media campaigns, from scope and planning through to implementation and analysis- Produced copy for press releases, reactive statements, news articles, webpages, social media and print publications across many topics including culture and the arts, events, the economy, climate, tourism and sea safety- Created social media assets and videos, using Canva and iMovie, for use across all of our social media estate and worked with external agencies to deliver social media advertising during the Covid pandemic.- Built and facilitated various partnerships with community and campaign groups in the city to amplify messaging and utilise existing communication networks and building brand integrity throughout the city.

- Managed Intranet content transition project change communications on behalf of IT department- Created copy for corporate internal weekly briefings- Built and implemented emergency and urgency IT communications to internal audience across two government agencies- Regularly collaborated with business partners at the Scottish Government for upcoming IT changes to ensure joined up communications- Established departmental brand with future communication planning with respective business partners and managed it going forwards
