I love teaching people how to get the most from their software, automating those tools to handle routine and reduce tedium and error, inventing simpler ways to get the job done, and documenting systems and processes in plain English. Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills, the ability to learn new software quickly, and high productivity working alone and with diverse teams mean I can contribute or lead in many areas: learning management system administration, e-learning development, training, documentation, automation, internal and external communication and more.I'm happy in my current role. An organization looking to hire me will need to offer at least one of three things: a significant pay raise, a work location closer to home or fully remote, or a mission I'm passionate about -- mainly childhood hunger, public education, youth development, preservation of democracy, and dogs.
