With 24 years of employee benefits management, I enjoy assisting clients in developing ways to attract and retain the best possible employees. Clearly the ACA has presented challenges for the employer. These challenges give the proactive employer an opportunity to differentiate themselves in an increasingly important aspect of employee compensation. Understanding each clients goals and cultures allow us to assist them in becoming the employer they desire.Our efforts in property and casualty insurance management focus on achieving similar results with our clients.
