In this capacity I:• Lead the implementation and development of the Salesforce CRM and trained operations and sales teams in the platform as we rolled out new features;• Grew revenue from government contracts from $750,000 to $47.8M in three years;• Conceived and implemented an initiative to identify lost accounts and reactivate them. This project produced $14M in recovered revenue 18 months post implementation.Annual sales increased 106% during my tenure, and the company was named one of Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies for the 11th straight year in 2017. In 2018, Avella was purchased by United Health Group (Optum Rx), a Fortune 5 company that provides health benefits and services in the United States and 130 other countries. Since the acquisition I have • Led the integration of 250 sales reps from both companies into one Salesforce platform;• Leveraged the skills of our U.S.-based and off-shore team members to incorporate sales data from multiple sources to provide consolidated sales reporting to the organization; and• Built a forecasting model in Salesforce that accurately predicts anticipated revenue for sales leadership.
