Responsible for complex civil litigation, including employment discrimination matters. Developed and supervise extensive white collar criminal defense practice. Represent numerous individual and corporate clients in grand jury, trial, and appellate proceedings and in parallel civil and criminal investigations. Developed professional responsibility practice, in which I represent attorneys and physicians in grand jury and professional licensing and disciplinary proceedings. Represent clients in complex commercial litigation and administrative proceedings, and have conducted internal investigations on behalf of corporate clients.Served as Special Counsel to the White House in connection with the Iran -Contra Investigation.

Taught upper level Criminal Procedure and White Collar/Business Crimes courses in Fall of 1992 and Spring of 1994.
