Starting out in the family business as a part-time Sales Executive for the Activities Guide of Maine from 2000 to 2008, I learned sales and publishing from my two greatest influencers, my parents, Stanley and Barbara Rintz. In 2009 I transitioned from a 13 year Sports Medicine career at Cheverus High School to take over as Activity Maine's Publisher and Sales Manager. It was then I implemented our Magazine rebranding efforts that included a redesigned, content driven website, new social media channels and a video production team. We also created two new media properties: RaceME and the Maine Brew & Bev Guide. Blessed with a talented Managing Editor, Production Artist and Designers, Photographers, Writers, Videographers a dedicated sales team, we have helped businesses give our fun loving audience what they are searching for.

Featuring cutting-edge topics and Brew News that informs readers of the latest beer trends, openings, releases, expansions, brewfests, calendar of events and a tasting directory from every region of Maine. Our Business of Brewing section pairs Brewery owners with services that are specialized for their unique industry needs to keep them moving ahead in a growing market.

From the dedicated athlete to the first time participants who wouldn’t be training if it weren’t for someone else. After Graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Medicine in 1996, I became the Head Certified Athletic Trainer at Cheverus College Preparatory High School. Starting out as a $5,000 stipend position, I grew it into a full time salary, that included creating a part-time Health Instructor position, and adding a new paid Athletic Training Assistant position under me. For 13 amazing years I enjoyed the close community and friendships of Cheverus athletes, parents, faculty and alumni. Athletic Training services provided include, injury prevention; concussion protocol management, clinical evaluation and diagnosis; immediate care; treatment, rehabilitation and reconditioning; organization, administration and professional communication with parents, coaches, and healthcare professionals. In (2007) I was earned the Bill Cox Service Award for providing enhanced athletic healthcare, and for making significant contributions to the professional development and advancement of the Athletic Training profession. (2006) Awarded Approved Clinical Instructor of the year for the University of New England and University of Southern Maine Athletic Training Students. Implemented a new Health Education Curriculum at Cheverus from 2000-2008. In 1998 successfully obtained a Commercial Drivers License with a School Bus endorsement to drive athletes and coaching staff to and from sporting events.
