Stan Rubin is an action-oriented leader with over 45 years of diversified financial and governance experience, with a proven record of transformational and optimization accomplishments.Mr. Rubin joined Ocean Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in March 2010, adding the Chief Risk Officer role in 2011. Ocean Bank is the largest independent state chartered commercial bank headquartered in Florida. In addition to CFO and CRO responsibilities, is leading the transformation and turnaround of the Bank. Prior to joining Ocean, Mr. Rubin was a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Citigroup's Central American Region. In addition, he held various other CFO and Controller positions during his 20-year career at Citigroup. Mr. Rubin also served as the CFO of American Express's Japan/Asia Pacific/Australia Region. This includes over 15 years being based in Europe, Asia, Central America, South America, and Canada; and working directly with over 60 countries. Leading change and transformation was a key component of many of Mr. Rubin's roles over the past 20+ years.
