Then sold this startup and integrated it into Apkudo, a complimentary entity in the wireless test space. Performed a wide range of functional roles at this startup, including product management, program management, business development, engineering, and others.• Executed a beta self-certification project for Cricket, leading to the technical lab approval of a ZTE smartphone; shortening lab cycle, yielding high quality, and generally proving the outsourcing concept.• Championed the sale of Apkudo testing services to OEM, Operator, Chipset, and Distributor customers.• Maintained Apkudo's business and technical relationships with regional operators.• Developed the CCA Device Hub, allowing regional operators access to Sprint devices. This process and online tool allows for device roadmapping, business management, technical approval process, and critical device customization.
