Stan has extensive public/private sector expertise managing award-winning planning projects including master plans, redevelopment plans, transit-oriented plans, zoning ordinances, vision plans, and form-based codes. His expertise includes redevelopment, resiliency planning, affordable housing, and community visioning. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners and licensed professional planner in New Jersey; Lecturer at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University; and Co-Adjutant with the New Jersey Climate Change Resource Center at Rutgers.
