Managed integration and business analytics teams and worked as a lead architect and an individual contributor for CareAdvance Enterprise (CAE) system that automates care management along the entire continuum of health care.  As an architect I was responsible for overall CAE architecture with a focus on data integration and analytics. Coordinated future projects, provided guidance for multiple scrum teams, acted as a mentor for engineers and worked with functional and product managers Was personally involved in full system development life cycle for 3 generations of data integration projects, starting with a support of aging C++/COM based solution, design and development of the new NT service based Universal Data Adapter (UDA) solution and the latest SSIS based integration solution. SSIS DI project was the latest generation of the data integration solution designed to provide the highest data throughput while providing a reliable way to integrate with FACETS, QNXT and other vendors.  Was in charge of Analytical Rules Engine re-architecture initiative. Was in charge of new Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) project development, which provided a framework for application reporting using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services. Served as a core technical sponsor for multiple customers to provide “going live” and production support, was a subject matter expert on various integration projects. Was a lead engineer supporting existing Business Rule and Workflow servers that provide integration with FICO Blaze engine to allow for custom business logic to be implemented in Blaze structured language, greatly .increasing flexibility of the CareAdvance application. Technologies used: C/C++/VC++, ATL/COM/COM+, STL, XML/XSD,XSLT, Win32, MMC, Web Services, C#, .Net, Transact SQL, SSIS.

Worked on real-time ASA loan processing system, which managed all steps of the student loan life cycle. The system accepts various loan information, presented in XML format, from multiple sources in real time, process it according to the rules and send it back to financial institutions formatted in XML again. Implemented changes to error handling system to allow more robust error propagation. NEWS system is heavily database-centric and data-driven multi-platform application with core functionality in Oracle stored procedures, Pro*C/C++ components and UNIX Perl/shell scripts.  Implemented transition from MTS role-based security schema to NT authentication system. Modified security services to allow seamless rollover from one security server to another. Implemented new features, fixed bugs, worked on database functionality performance. Designed and developed various components for FAZAM 2003 v. 4.0-application complex. The complex provides complete Life-Cycle Management for Group Policy. Implemented multi-threaded, event-driven, user-oriented MMC snap-ins, including namespace and menu extensions. Designed and developed several prototypes and proof of concepts for the pilot version of the application. Designed and developed custom ActiveX controls for the dynamic data representation. Designed and developed various software complex subsystems for Focused Ion Beam (FIB) tools. FIB system generates a finely focused beam of Gallium ions in a high vacuum environment that allows ion beam to be used for various applications. The applications of FIB include high magnification, high-resolution images; failure analysis of integrated circuits; device/circuit modification; defect review and analysis, etc. Significantly increased quality and precision of Alternative Phase Shift Mask (APSM) repairs by designing and developing new features for APSM FIB subsystem. Developed and supervised APSM repair strategy. Worked directly with field engineers to maximize customer’s feedback and to minimize turn-around time. Implemented changes to stage laser positioning procedure including procedure that eliminated temperature/acoustic noise self-correction stage problem. Worked on image processing software, including debugging, bug fixing and providing new RPC-available functionality. Designed UI and developed “proof of concept” for NT-based FIB software. Technologies used: Tcl/tk, GNU C++, Borland C++, Turbo C, x86 Assembler, Cognex VisionSystem, NobbleNet RPC 3.0, C/C++/VC++, MFC, COM/DCOM/ActiveX.

Designed and developed Graphical Studio "Caro", X-JAZZ system component. X-JAZZ was developed to manage, catalog and work with images from Computer Tomograph (CAT), Ultrasound and Magnetic Resonance (MRI) scanners. Was solely responsible for full system development life cycle of Graphical Studio "Caro", including architecture, design an development; Designed and developed comprehensive, user-friendly interface. Designed and implemented data management and storage engine for scans and medical researches, JPEG image processing engine, image export support.  Designed and developed system information -based transport mechanism to communicate with X-JAZZ Robot based on Apache server on BSD family UNIX and Archives Server. Developed three languages support system, multi-thread protection system with anti-debugging module and HASP (Hardware-based Software Protection) security key module. Technologies used C/C++/VC++, MFC/ActiveX/Win32 API.Worked as Internet Service Provider engineer, designed and developed Elcom Corporation’s Web site, various UNIX utilities.

Designed and developed self-teaching correction subsystem of real-time speech recognition neuron network based system. Correction subsystem is designed to perform real-time speech correction by applying special set of generated rules to the speech. Correction rules are generated during system training session. Was responsible for design and implementation of speech correction AI algorithms and special rule language for speech correction; Developed rules generation and speech correction systems using C/C++ on Windows 3.x, Windows 2.0 and MS DOS platforms.Developed processes scheduling subsystem for multi-processor systems; designed algorithm for graphical representation of the navy navigation data for education programs; developed GPSS-based fuzzy logic driven prognostics system for crop prognosis.
