As president of PREF, LLC, a privately held real estate firm that focuses on preserving and building wealth for private real estate owners by providing and implementing customized solutions, Stan is responsible for strategic planning, asset servicing, acquisitions and client relations. Clients include: family offices, private equity groups, high net worth individuals, investment funds, company owners and estates. With 40 years of commercial real estate experience, he has held executive positions with some of the most recognized firms in Atlanta real estate such as The Simpson Organization, Peterson Properties and Hooker Barnes. Select accomplishments include the acquisition of 14 properties totaling 1.2 million square feet and valued at $100 million; raising $10 million in investment capital; and the development of over 2.5 million square feet of office and warehouse properties.Active in the Atlanta Jewish community, Stan has served on the executive committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta and has presided over the board of directors of several of its agencies. He currently sits on the Board of the Sandy Springs Community Assistance Committee, a non-profit organization which helps the area's homeless population, and the Georgia State University Honorary Real Estate Board. He is also a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
