I am an experienced IT Business Analyst, Program Coordinator and Project Coordinator skilled in metrics development, tracking and reporting along with preparation and delivery of associated documentation. Most recently I completed assignments as a Business Analyst working with application stakeholders, business partners, and technical teams to document, track and report business requirements with completion metrics. As a Program/Project Coordinator in previous roles, I worked in Program Management Office (PMO) roles supporting IT Program and Project Managers with tracking and reporting of financial metrics. I have also performed as an IT Project Manager on multiple contract engagements focused on project execution and services delivery. Each engagement opportunity has further developed my skills in information capture, analysis and reporting.
