Beside the work on the benelux market, I also assist the training department with giving classes/refreshers and quizes such as Kahoot or Google forms. Combining the quality with the training part is my way to make sure that every topic is covered and that the agents have all the tools necessary to be able to do the job perfect.

During this three months I worked at a camping in the Alpes in Austria. I was team captain at the animation team. Part of my job was to make sure that with events everybody knew what to do and come up with different ideas to animate the children. At the end of the day it was the most important that the children we took care of had an amazing day.

Internship at an telecom marketing company. Leading a project in connecting 174 apartments to television and internet. Overseeing the project and making sure everybody knew what his job was. Directing the sales department. Worked a lot with Excel, Word and Powerpoint. During this internship I also did sales at various fairs.

Making sure everybody, men and dog, was safe and coming up with solutions and improvements so the animals could live safe.

Internship at an insurance company. Collecting all the data related to the different insurances to analyze them and to present them. This was done by digitizing the data, putting it in an excel sheet and present this.
