Background in engineering - raised in the food and hospitality industry! After earning my degree in engineering from Cardiff University, I took a step in a different direction and founded Tuk Tuk, a restaurant that quickly gained recognition as one of the top 50 in Cardiff and achieved the top 1% status among independent establishments on Deliveroo.Building on my success with Tuk Tuk, this year I am excited to introduce T4 Bubble Tea, a renowned franchise, to Cardiff as part of their first expansion into Wales.
