During an exhilarating tenure at NAFA, I embarked on a remarkable journey that exemplified the power of passion and dedication. From my time as an Executive Officer, I took on increasingly challenging roles that culminated in my appointment as Acting Manager. This transformative period was marked by unyielding commitment and an unwavering focus on driving excellence across various HR domains.This journey has taken me across various portfolios including HR Business Partnering for NAFA Arts Presschool, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and key HR projects. From these, I enhanced my leadership and management skills that allowed me to grow and develop further as a HR practitioner. I also had the great opportunity to pick up additional skills in event emceeing and hosting of VVIPs, an additional dimension to my colourful career with NAFA.
