Toby currently acts as an executive advisor to NTT’s Global leadership team, guiding the executive management team to make major decisions on the business strategic growth, this is something he has done on multiple continents helping Data Center Organizations or focused Colo location businesses scale by means of M&A, increasing outside capital & most of all providing certainty by way of adding competent human capital. Toby leads several highly motivated and uniquely talented execution teams, all the time while working collaboratively with cross functionable stakeholders, sales teams & end customers. Toby has worked within some of the largest multinational construction & development companies, design firms and client organizations. His infectious positive attitude and respectful leadership style builds trust & transparency within teams and customers quickly, allowing him to focus on delivering results. Toby additionally play’s a central part in owning NTT's Build to Suit & Front-End Planning Teams including Utility, Corporate & Construction HSE division, Business Operations as well as defining, launching, and driving strategy and operational initiatives for many areas of the business. This includes a spectrum of projects such as front end planning, defining product strategies, assessing market expansion opportunities, utility and AHJ engagement, designing business models and business generation strategies, due diligence, master planning, construction sales liaison, defining and launching operational excellence initiatives, defining environmental sustainability global goals and crafting the path to achieve them, and more.Toby understands the reality of working on complex sites and what challenges his direct reports go through, supporting the site teams correctly allows him gain respect early, while tailoring his approach to delivery and navigating ambiguity within a cultural diverse team with a shared goal.
