I am SoCal born and raised, and I am a single mama to the happiest baby boy!I graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 2018 with a degree in English Literature. Throughout my college years, I worked as a student assistant in the EOP program and in the Auxiliary Services department. It was there that I developed my passion for customer service.Upon graduating, I started working as an Employee Experience Specialist at Aya Healthcare. Here, I gained a new-found appreciation for medical professionals. Over the course of three and a half years at Aya, I moved my way up from an Employee Experience Specialist to a Team Lead in the Payroll department.Working in payroll helped define my organizational skills, communication, and leadership. My main duties were to provide payroll insight to travel clinicians all over the US to ensure accurate payroll on a weekly basis.Today, I am on the road to gaining more experience and knowledge in the finance field by taking on rolls as an accounts payable specialist and an accounts receivable specialist.
