- Support the Managing Director of the Transaction Management Group (“TMG”), with a Senior Management team of six. - Implement and consolidate correspondence, produce presentations material, organize Town Halls, and coordinate with resources on special ad hoc projects- Provides assistance to TMG teams with required TMG standard account opening core tasks that includes, creating standard folders on our shared drive for transactions details; new mandates, post-close items, external counsel invoice payment process, physical note vaulting of negotiable, sundry items and final transcripts- Designs Senior Management’s monthly Risk and Metrics presentation to identify internal outstanding task and detailed YTD and YOY transactions volumeImplement, produce and maintain Business Continuity documents, inclusive of weekly outstanding transaction list to ensure business can be conducted BAU in the event of an incident.- Ensure internal platforms are updated as requested with sensitive information, as well as managing our SharePoint Site- Assist in TMG's business cost initiative projects and clients account opening process
