Answer phones, process payments, process invoices via vendor portals, provide certificates of monitoring and Insurance certificates, create/run reports, assist clients with accounting questions, securely maintain customer files, and assist with collections.

Manage the front desk at the District Office, which oversees 72 churches across LA & Orange County. Coordinate the District's Annual Assembly(300+ attendees), Advisory Board meetings, Licensing Interviews, Minister's Retreat, Pastor's Meetings and Christmas Dinners. This includes arranging and booking locations, meal coordination, agenda management, creation and distribution of materials & collection of registrations and funds from attendees. Manage the Districts Website Calendar as well as the office conference room and event calendars. Assist the District Superintendent with anything needed daily. Collect, record, code and distribute monies received at the District from all 70+ churches. Process Invoices and mail checks. Organize and file church documents as needed.

Work daily with Account Managers to maintain account information. Enter price changes for MiniBulk customers. Answer phones and take customer orders. Process and mail customer letters for the western region. Document step by step processes for customer service related responsibilities. Assist with data entry for special projects. Work respectfully with other team members to maintain a positive work environment. Keep high standards and values to ensure customer satisfaction.
