Meet with potential clients to determine their home buying needs.Locate the best home to meet the needs of the client.Confer with sales agents, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.See to it that the client closes on time and moves into their new home without any issues.

Review existing policies prior to renewalReview potential new policies prior to coverage being bound.Identify excessive risks.Decrease value of policy when risk is substandard and specify applicable endorsements or apply rating to ensure safe profitable distribution of risks, using reference materials.Evaluate possibility of losses due to catastrophe or excessive insurance.Examine documents to determine degree of risk from such factors as applicant financial standing and value and condition of property.Review company records to determine amount of insurance in force on single risk or group of closely related risks.
