I managed a team of Style Management/Order Entry Operators, and together we created and maintained material master data for multiple apparel brands across several divisions. We also created and maintained bulk orders, standard sales orders, sample/promo orders, direct-ship orders, and production orders. I was the system admin for the support ticketing system used for the creation and maintenance of materials, sales orders, and production orders. I was also the system admin for the warehouse work order system used to rework goods to meet vendor guidelines prior to shipping. Built new style setup forms to streamline the processes between the Merchandising, Production, and Style Management teams. I updated departmental SOPs to reflect current practices and service levels.
