Travel approximately 36 weeks per year to include weekends and holidays when necessary while abiding by DSS Employee Expense Compliance Agreement.Provide on-site, in person training in both classroom settings and one on one mentoring formats at government and commercial medical facilities and hospitals.Provide on-site support during customer Go Live.Conducts client site trainings geared to physician and practice staff learning levels by working with internal teams to design client training curriculum.Acts as SME for all aspects of the software product(s) assigned. Ensures all aspects of product(s) are working properly prior to client training.Provides post customer deployment support.Listens to and gathers customer input; simplifies topics for non-technical audience.Gathers, compiles and performs workflow analysis to deliver expectations and requirements.Submits signed, on-site certification documents upon completion of training.Ongoing ownership of clients trained.Delivers product demonstrations to potential or existing clients as well as internal staffResponsible for verbal and written communication with clients and documentation of work activities and work processes.Participates in internal and external Site Kick Off calls.Attends Scrum Calls, Sprint Planning Sessions, Core Team Meetings, Development Planning Meetings as directed.Assists Documentation Department in the creation of Product Manuals.Gathers requirements for workflow process and is involved with the configuration of application.Works on Home Based Assignments when not on the road as given by the Training Manager or DirectorCross train on other products as assigned by Training Director.
