As the Director Of Quality and ERP Project Manager at Paliot Solutions, I oversee the quality assurance and control of the business processes and products for a leading provider of innovative solutions in Technology and Pallet manufacturing. I am responsible for the implementation of NetSuite as a MRP and financial software system. Previously, I served as Project Manager for the implementation of IQMS/DelmiaWorks as a full ERP Suite across four facilities. In addition, I am the Founder of Northstar Business Excellence LLC, a consulting firm that helps small and medium-sized businesses improve their quality performance and customer satisfaction. I am passionate about teaching effective problem solving and analytical thinking skills, and investing in the growth and prosperity of not only the companies, but the people that I work with. I have experience in leading the recreation industry in innovation and quality, as a former Quality Leader at Winnebago Industries.I also have 25 years of experience as a leader in Automotive Quality, specializing in APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, Document Control, Gage Calibration, and Cost Reduction.
