Accounting, submitting orders, dispatching, tracking, reporting and scheduling of technicians daily workloads, scheduling training for 200 and travel needs for local staff of 25 in Washington & Oregon.

2006 to 2010 EverettReceptionist, answering calls, new customer account set up, account reconciliation, calendar scheduling, metric reports from varied sources, review quotes, technician and trainer assignment, coordination with supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and metric compliance and computerized metrics.

Tele-communications Operator in Hospital Telecommunications room, consisting of 1-2 Operators per shift answering a Rolm switchboard, connecting callers to requested departments or rooms. As the Answering Service for 10 clinics, we take calls during lunch and after hours relaying messages via phone or fax. We provide life saving response for calls to the Code Phone, routing staff to various areas of the clinics, hospital or grounds for staff and patients.
