Executive Coach, Pcc
CurrentI am an Executive and Leadership Coach, specialized in how we develop and change as individuals and as organizational leaders. My passion is helping individuals discover their core values and gifts and applying them to the challenges and changes they face. Coaching these leaders results in accelerating their growth as leaders and impacts the results they're able to achieve. I have over 20 year’s leadership experience working in multiple industries: medical device, high technology, higher education, and state government. For example, I coached forty two state government leaders in one agency and led a ‘culture of coaching’ initiative. I have served as manager of Organizational Development, Leadership Development and Talent Management in large (HP), medium (Boulder County, Storage Technology and Gambro BCT) and small (Baxa) companies and designed and led corporate training departments that served every function, especially R&D, Marketing, Quality, Manufacturing, and support functions. My coaching certification is from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and I have attained ICF Professional Coaching Certification (PCC). Other certifications include: MBTI, Lominger VOICES 360 (which includes Emotional Intelligence), and Team Coaching International. I am a trained facilitator of Polarity Management, Action Learning and Arnie Mindell’s Group Process Work. Recently I was an affiliate facilitator at Pinsight and the Institute on the Common Good at Regis University where I taught in the master’s program for non-profit leadership. My husband and I lived in Ireland and coached/counseled at a monastic hermitage during a yearlong sabbatical in 2003. We live on Cape Cod, in MA and return to our previous home in Denver, CO frequently.
