Being a leadership coach brings me whole hearted opportunities to help leaders grow. I enjoy offering coaching that encourages and enables individuals, teams and organizations to develop meaningful work environments and a culture that drives engagement and accountability. My master’s degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado and my B.A. in Sociology from the University of Michigan formed the grounded theory base out of which I work.
