RESULTS: Using data-analytics, demonstrated improved student capability while reducing training time by up to three weeks and costs associated with an average of 10 less flight hours.• Provided crisis management and developed operations and maintenance plans to safely recover naval pilot training after a series of production shocks, including the COVID-19 pandemic, a parts shortage, and aircraft safety issues that reduced available aircraft by 50 percent. RESULTS: Naval pilot production rate fully recovered. • Managed acquisition and introduction plans for 130 new helicopters for initial pilot training.
