In life I like adventures. I do not mind the summer... but I have a crush for the mountains, especially what they gives in combination with fresh, white, deep snow. Work for me, as the mountains, needs to be energizing and challenging. Daily I explore and continuously improve. My normal assignments are in the intersection of strategic thinking, business value, and customer fulfillment. I'm happy when we make the complex a bit more understandable with clear visions, goals, transparency, open communication, as drivers. To succeed I believe in a win-win situation, long-lasting relations, and honesty. If we strive for a we mind, keeping everything as simple as possible, and have a bit of curiosity we normally in the end of the day create something good.
