Hands on full lifecycle recruiting with a focus on the Digital Commerce org and the Product and Merchandising org for both Crocs & HEYDUDE. I can also be found hiring for Supply Chain, IT, and Finance.When Crocs acquired HEYDUDE in early 2022, I was tapped by the Global VP to lead the hiring initiative for critical leadership roles across all functions and teams at HEYDUDE. Additionally, I focused on creation of strong processes that would give new, Brand focused TA teammates, a framework to work within as they joined the company. HEYDUDE and Crocs function as separate brands so I skillfully navigate specific separate nuances around skills, culture, and priorities. *Currently still supporting all organizations and groups being built at HEYDUDE. Focusing on dCom and Product & Merch at Crocs.Regularly partner with hiring managers, executives, leadership and C-level stakeholders to create unbiased job descriptions and clear interview plans while always keeping candidate experience in mind. I coach and guide stakeholders on best practices and see myself as their partner for success.I manage a talented TA Coordinator as we dedicate our time to meeting candidates, supporting the business, and providing a comfortable "come as you are" environment for everyone.I am passionate about equity, inclusion, constant communication, transparency, and intuitive process.
