Responsible for the OR, PACU, Operating room and SPD departments.Writing policies, competencies, and other supporting documents. Work closely with the Hospital Administer, CEO and CNO of the facilities to work our OR specs, order supplies and equipment. Collaborate with vendors for installation of equipment and training.Work with directors of all other departments to develop quality metrics, education for staff, and effective team dynamics, which has developed a team/family atmosphere throughout the facility.

Responsible for the OR, PACU, Operating room and SPD departments.Writing policies, competencies, and other supporting documents. Responsible for recruiting surgeons for credentialing at the facilities as well as collaborating with corporate office to develop orientation for them.
