I oversee and manage the assets of the Starnes family holdings. Mostly my duties include doorman for our two golden doodles. Other times, I'm involved with market research and analysis. Networking with other colleagues. Starnes Capital Management is working on getting together the final underwriting guidelines...A typical note held will be 80% LTV and 90% of UPB written by RMLO in the state of California using best industry practices and are all Dodd-Frank compliant. The fund will have a projected yield increase beginning at 7% and quickly rising to double digits as the funds holds higher yield notes. This is a whole new animal. So legal is always the unknown that gets checked and rechecked. As the fund reaches our target yields and maximum holdings in assets all or a portion of the holdings will be sold. Keeping in mind that individual notes will also be offered. Does that make sense? There is already a mechanism in place to create the notes and it carries a Dodd-Frank stamp of approval. Investors I take on can expect to get one helluva ride once this goes national and we hit every market in the US. And nobody sees it coming. In other words, the fund and it's investors will enjoy access to the highest quality notes, but the remaining assets will still be great quality products and as this gains traction, the quality of market share goes up.
