As an experienced manager of IT companies I am always looking for new ways to spread my talents out and learn new sectors of the Information Technology Industry. I do this through management of new companies or getting into the "trenches" and working in a new industry as a salaried employee. Though I prefer to management sometimes the only way to fulfill my taste for new knowledge is to accepts positions where I also can learn new technologies. This helps me to know what is and isn't possible so that I can know what to expect from employees in terms of time frames, experience and difficulty. This helps me to build more productive work environments where I can guarantee employees a fun and productive work environment.
