Co-founder & CScO- Developing a concept of a gamified medical device for hand and arm rehabilitation after stroke;- Designing the research, including with the participation of patients;- Build and coordinate a multidisciplinary team (3 engineers, a physician, a designer, and a product strategy specialist);- Coordination between medical and engineering branches of development;- Establishing links for further cooperation with private and state medical organizations;- Representing the company as its СScienceO at various events and accelerators/incubators.

- Investigating clinical cases with neurologists and psychiatrists to optimize the treatment plan;- Designing bio/neurofeedback programs for adults and kids;- Coordination of EEG department (5 employees)- Equipment condition monitoring, equipment setup, and commissioning of new equipment.Integration of new research methods (evoked potentials, polysomnography, some neuropsychology testing) into the clinic’s routine.
