I was responsible for determining the fault and ordering the correct part that would fix the gear. Research, strategized and implemented system fixes by reading circuit boards, testing wires, reading diagrams, and installing the corrective part to properly repair the gear. Responsible for supervising and training a staff of 30 sailors effectively and with efficiency, measuring their training by successful completion with little to no error of all tasks in a timely manner. Advanced to E5 within the first three years of being Enlisted.
