A distinguished leader once said that I have a, “fearless approach to the unknown and natural curiosity.” I am driven by a desire to create positive change through building meaningful relationships. Looking at the bigger picture excites me as I serve as a an associate project manager on the quality and accreditation team at Geisinger Health Plan. My curiosity leads me into conversations and action planning around change management, process improvement and better ways to integrate technology to improve health outcomes for patients and members. Learning how to build meaningful relationships and create a network with colleagues, patients, business and community partners has been a learning experience and one of my biggest accomplishments. An early part of this experience led me to grow a community event, the Bloomsburg Fair, from a small community event to a large-scale, measurable marketing event. Within five years, the event went from 6-foot tables dressed with table cloths to trade show booths; 250 flu shots to more than 5,000 flu shots with a marketing campaign that was fully measured. Outside of my full-time work, you will find me training clients at a local gym as an ACE certified personal trainer. As an outdoor enthusiast, I love nature, hiking, kayaking, the beach and just being outside and enjoying the sounds of nature. I have recently re-located to Titusville, Florida and I'm getting acquainted with the community, surroundings and sunshine. One of my biggest accomplishments lately has been completing a half marathon at Walt Disney World in January!
