• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner as soon as they come into our offices.• Accurately register patients, verify insurance information, and collect necessary documentation.• Ensure completeness of patient forms and assist with any necessary paperwork (Physical or digital).• Explain financial requirements to the patients and collect co-pays and past due balances, when applicable.• Work collaboratively with the billing office as a liaison between the patient, the center, and the billing office.• Use our internal systems to accurately schedule patients for our modalities at any location with accuracy and efficiency, with full care to be taken for accuracy of data.• Prepare for the following days visits. Order is to match what the patient is scheduled for and auth has been obtained. Call and obtain orders if missing.• Answer ALL calls as they come in. If a call is missed and a voicemail left, then a call should be returned within the hour that it is received.• Competent in all aspects of sorting, scheduling, EOD batches, data entry, and patientpal. • Uploading patient images onto disc along with printing out reports when available.• Transfer orders into the E-file after receiving them through fax.
