Division Manager
Charlotte, North Carolina Area
In Nov of 2013, I began my career with Heartland as a Relationship Manager. Quickly realizing I had joined a sales team equally committed to my success as I was. In July of 2015, I accepted the position of Territory Manager. Being a TM was an amazing experience and unique role. I was able to be a high producer with my own sales while simultaneously building and leading a top performing team of Relationship Managers. On Jan 1st, 2016, I was given the opportunity to serve our Heartland family in a larger capacity working as a Division Manager. In my over 20 years of sales, I have never felt more confident about my professional path or the path of where our leadership will take this organization. Everyday, I get to coach, be coached, challenge, be challenged and work alongside an amazing group of sales professionals. With Heartland's rapid growth, we need talented capable outside sales professionals. As we were founded on the principles of honesty and integrity, I’m searching for individuals to join our team that embrace this mantra, understand consultative selling, and enjoys the benefit of selling best in class solutions for an outstanding company. Roughly three years ago, my wife was able to leave her job and stay home with our two boys now 13 and 12. Before then, she had a six-figure income and traveling 80% of the time, missing birthdays, our sporting events, and more. The dynamics of our family life has been enriched beyond what words can describe. You can build YOUR story here, whatever you want to write, the page is blank and at Heartland...the pen is in your hand. Our two boys 13 and 12 keep us busy. When I’m not at work you’ll find my wife and I at a cross country/track meet or soccer field. We all have a competitive streak and enjoy playing lots board games together. I’m an avid reader, enjoy running and hitting the gym a few times a week. Also, I'm an ARMY Veteran that served in Operation Desert Shield/Kuwati Liberation as a Patriot Missile Operator.
