North America Training Manager
CurrentLeadership responsibility for all training activities for North American Operations (6,000+ employees). Oversee targeted and structured competence development activities including: design and delivery of training programs with a strong correlation to Atlas Copco's nine core competencies, vendor relations, competency modeling and learning management system.
