Work as part of a dedicated team for the L'Oreal brand that includes L'Oreal and Maybelline New York cosmetics, L'Oreal and Garnier skin care, L'Oreal and Garnier Fructis hair care, L'Oreal and Garnier Nutrisse hair color, and Soft Sheen Carson products. Responsible for providing retail sales and marketing support to Walmarts and one Target in a 7-county territory. Build and maintain positive relationships with all levels of management and store personnel, work with department managers to build and set displays, insure product is on the sales floor, perform audits, work with management to maintain proper inventory levels, order fixtures and graphics, and perform other projects as they arise all in an effort to drive and maximize quarterly sales.

Wrote $37,500 in funded grants, generated 20 media articles and\or information listings, developed market newsletter, created 44 newsletters, created/sustained 6 new partnerships to drive growth/development of organization/projects, developed/executed PR events, managed marketing/communications, designed 1st market brochure, develop/execute 1st farmers market marketing plan, developed/executed 1st market survey, created new business markets for area farmers, created web text for new website, invited to speak at NC Department of Agriculture workshop about marketing a farmers market, woite reports, participated in 4 expos/festivals, extensive local business environment research, developed and maintained 1st organizational blog, worked with local government to compile necessary information for zoning code approval for signs,on-demand research for farmers, found sponsors and vendors for annual festival, assisted in planning, organization, and execution of festival, developed/tracked/recorded/compiled/analyzed statistical data for farmers, market, office operations, social media, website updates, ongoing environmental/agricultural/technical/non profit professional development with The Conservation Fund, customer service, farmers market sales and setup, board meeting minutes, presentations, created first organizational annual report.
