I keep everything running smoothly for our clients on the Service Desk at Start Tech.I manage a team of seven (fantastic) people. Part of my role is to ensure that every client receives the level of service which we strive to achieve. I'm responsible for providing the relevant metrics for team and individual meetings, and helping to better my team through training and internal resources. I've worked at Start Tech since leaving education and I managed to work my way up from assisting with computer builds on a part-time basis back whilst I studied computer science, to managing the Service Desk after four years of being a support technician. As the company grew, I grew with it. There was a gap in our management structure that became increasingly apparent as the Service Desk grew from two members up to four. I'm thankful that our Directors saw me as the best fit for the role and here I am today.
