One of the challenging, but also interesting periods. With merge of two ERP departments (AX and NAV) I got the opportunity to lead two completely different teams and merge them into one. I took the experience form leading AX product team and try to apply it NAV part of the team. And at that point my personal transformation as a team lead started. In a way I became a mentee - I learned a lot from the members of my team and one of most valuable lessons that I learned was to trust them.
