Furthermore, the role requires reviewing contractor claims for events and delays.

Responsibilities also include preparing work orders for sub-contractors and handling related duties until subcontracts are awarded, maintaining inspection logs for completed work and site cash flow logs, assisting the senior quantity surveyor in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and performing quantity take-offs from drawings for all QS-related tasks.
