- Develop and deliver signature programs and initiatives responsive to the needs of a diverse audience of students, faculty, and staff - Create and execute event objectives and expectations to carry out the Division's strategic goals; define and analyze specific data measurements to assess the success and impact of signature programs - Manage individual event budgets and prepare post-event reports demonstrating program effectiveness- Manage day-to-day logistics of programs and initiatives, including venue identification, staffing, vendor management, contracts and assignment, reservations, programs, entertainment, registration, etc. - Prepare and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiencies and manage costs of signature programs and initiatives - Design and disseminate dynamic, culturally resonant internal and external communications materials to engage existing audience and broaden programming reach- Build meaningful, mutually beneficial partnerships with internal and external constituents- Support student leadership and professional development by advising student organizations and councils and facilitating student-centric initiatives
