ePortfolio as Authentic Assessment, Online Learning and Instructional Design, Program and Curriculum Evaluations, Technology Integration and Educational Technology strategies

Oversee all educational and operational aspects of the Career and Technical Education program at Dighton-Rehoboth High School, which includes 9 career majors. Responsibilities include teacher evaluations, development and implementation of situated learning experiences (Co-operative Education, Externships), design and implementation of school-wide formative assessments (Senior Project, Electronic Portfolio), and school-wide scheduling of summative assessments (NWEA, NOCTI, SkillsUSA). Also: Disseminate data school-wide that impacts student growth and teacher improvement, budget development and management, facility planning, implementation of Project Lead The Way, Senior Project, Digital Literacy, and College and Career Readiness curricula across all programs, develop and submit Perkins grants and updates, and any other relative grant opportunities.

Disseminates data school-wide that impacts student growth and teacher improvement.

Network design and installation, including procurement of peripherals, contracting, migration of Prime mainframe to AS400 management system, established hardware and software support services for entire district, which included rewriting programs to manage payroll, budget, and report card systems. Developed software programs to manage Special Populations reporting, vocational competency tracking, and CBVE guides for each Chapter 74 program.
