With over 20 years of experience in real estate development projects, I am passionate about promoting sustainable and innovative solutions for the property sector. As the President of the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA), I lead a non-governmental organization that represents and advocates for the interests of 80+ members, including developers, investors, consultants, and contractors.I am also a co-founder of PropTech Baltic, a movement that aims to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among the PropTech community in the region. In 2018, we launched RealBox, the first PropTech sandbox in the world, inviting companies worldwide to test and pilot their projects in Lithuania. Additionally, I am an expert and lecturer at VilniusTech University's Department of Construction Economics and Property Management, where I share my insights and research on the latest trends and challenges in the real estate market.
