Cofounded the company that operates in offering specialized vertical integrated services for both businesses and retail customers in the real estate sector initially and then expanded to research and implementation of those. These services included design and construction or renovation of buildings along with after sales (building management) and authoring proposals, getting them approved for European grants and then implementing them for various businesses. Managed to achieve a turnover of over € 1 mil in the third year of the company and gained over a fifth of the market in the construction/renovation of private buildings sector and a third in the proposals department.- Implemented new practices for the field such as creating a customer-oriented approach that was closer to our clients creating lasting relationships based on trust.- Brought new ideas to our business clients that allowed them to understand the changes in the market and how new technologies could help them become more productive.- Expanded the consulting and survey sectors to nearby islands Lemnos, Samos, and Chios via strategic partnerships.- Reduced the costs of the construction sector becoming more competitive by achieving centralized deals with major suppliers.- Introduced the sector of renewable energies - photovoltaic - for both the business and the retail sector of Lesbos with over 40 projects of a combined production 350kwp in the first two years (approximate budget of 300.000€)

Was called upon to fill a vacancy for the second in command post for this business consultation and accountancy office while also landing in a very rough season with a brand new item of business with no experience on it from either me or anyone else in the office. Started working full-time (2019) for this small business that operated in the fields of automation, electrical and electronic installations. Helped launch it further and invest in more sectors such as industrial automation and energy saving technologies.
