My work is all about ensuring our product ideas and client projects become a reality as accurately and efficiently as possible, by coordinating the work across the team members and departments.To achieve that, I mainly support the team by building strategies that coordinate the work, helping with market analysis and product management, and keeping a close eye on the team's overall productivity and effectiveness. Joining Netstudio through Codearena 2016, I quickly rose to be a vital part of its Development team, working both on advancing its e-commerce platform and on specific projects, mainly built with Drupal.Depending on the project needs, my responsibilities included:• Architecting and coding custom modules to meet each project's unique specifications.• Migrating and integrating website data with ERP systems. • Converting designs to working front-end code, in a pixel-perfect fashion.• Mentoring new team members.• Reviewing and testing other teammates' code, keeping the codebase quality high.• Optimizing page speed and usability to deliver the best experience to users.During my time at Netstudio, I had the opportunity to play a major role in the company's most high-profile projects, including:✔ https://eshop.mymarket.gr✔ https://msf.gr/✔ https://www.ofarmakopoiosmou.gr/✔ https://www.electronet.gr/✔ https://www.bsbfashion.com/Furthermore, starting in the autumn of 2016 and until my departure, I was the project lead of https://visibility.gr/, a powerful SEO reporting tool targeted at the Greek market, developed and run by Netstudio. During that time, Visibility grew to be an important tool for SEO in Greece, watching more than 130.000 keywords and 1.200.000 sites' results in google.gr, and used by more than 1.500 Greek website owners, developers and SEO experts.

Working as a volunteer webmaster / site builder for adespotesidees.gr allowed me to get my first real-world experience working on a website. During that time, I:✔ Built the page using Drupal, with a custom responsive theme.✔ Administered the website.✔ Set and enforced guidelines for article creation.
