Built relationships, teams, structures and systems that will allow Give to scale rapidly, while retaining the trust of our donors and NGO partners across retail and institutional giving. Helped integrate Goodera's India CSR business (now Give Grants), SaathiRe (now Give Discover) and the partnership with Indiaspora (now Give US).

Part of the execution team for India COVID Response Fund 2, a giving collective that raised and deployed more than $100mm to fight the second wave of COVID across India. Managed donor relationships, led the data management team and helped in any other way that I could.

Netscribes is a global data and insights firm offering services across the research and information value chain. Led the delivery organization including all delivery teams, HR, technology and finance. Set up teams that can sustain rapid growth as Netscribes evolved into a global provider of actionable insights and content.

Took a planned career break and eventually shifted from an investing to an operating role. Continued to advise Helix Investments on their India portfolio and helped complete the investment in Netscribes. Got exposed to early stage investing and made my first angel investment.Did not backpack across the world, did not write a book. Did enjoy having the space and time to think about what matters though.

Helix Investments is a $100 mm India focused PE fund, sponsored by two US family offices. Led the India investments team and invested in education, IT and ITeS services and industrial businesses. Investments included growth capital and buyouts. Managed portfolio relationships, contributed to strategic initiatives and led exits from the portfolio.

Advised Indian corporates on growth and operational efficiency. Worked across food, leisure, outsourced services and consumer durable sectors.
