After years in Real Estate investments and as a Mortgage Loan officer Anastasio finally followed his dream and opened a true authentic Greek Kitchen for the public. His passion is serving the highest quality and most authentic cuisine from Greece at reasonable pricing while avoiding the use of commercial products commonly found in most Greek owned establishments. He prides himself for offering the community scratch made products produced by his talented Chef and friend Sotirios Kotrotsios. Although the timing for the opening of Rethi wasn't ideal, the community has stood behind him and offer their appreciation for the authentic Greek cuisine. Anastasio is humbled by the patrons in Waxhaw and strives to continue to offer the best quality cuisine.
