I’ve always loved asking questions and creating spaces for people to communicate clearly and authentically. These values led me to pursue a graduate degree in organizational communication and work in research and career coaching. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to use my communication and research skills to develop training and workshops for students and professionals.Currently, I am working as a Program Manager for Career Education, where I support advanced degree students (Masters, PhD, postdoc) through the career decision-making process. I enjoy working with a team to create training content, lead career advising appointments, and strategize on improving students’ ability to pursue their chosen careers.
