About Kyle Calica

I have two loves in this world: music and technology. When it comes to technology, I love linking and building on top of services using APIs and other tools. Building automation and developer experiences is where I find the most satisfaction. My current position at Postman allows me to speak with many services and help services create a good experience using their APIs. My current coding journey focuses on creating and hosting modern APIs, using AI to interface with APIs and end users, and experimenting with a mix of no-code tools like Bubble.io to develop user dashboards and accelerate development.This year's side projects include a registration dashboard and marketing site for the (formerly) Boy Scouts of America - a position I was offered through my Eagle Scout connections. An AI chatbot API and Bubble.io dashboard for the real estate industry. I have been involved in the Bay Area music scene for the past 5 years. Mostly through my own group, Spin And Destroy(SAD). However, I have worked for venues like 1015 SF and Crybaby Oakland. I have partnerships with a good amount of venues, promoters, and artists.
